Alma Sea Products, S.L.U. se fundó en Vigo en el año 2012 por un equipo de personas que cuentan con una dilatada experiencia en el sector del pescado y marisco congelado. En el año 2014 adquiere la compañía argentina Bricel, S.A., la cual opera dos tangoneros con base en Puerto Madryn.
